I applied online and then the online zoom where they give you about 10 maths questions which you complete then send off. Then the English part which was writing an email which wasn't too hard. After that was an interview in the office. They went through my cv and answered questions but weren't writing anything down - which could either be a pro or con, but still confused me as how will they remember how the interview went. The questions they asked were kind of worded awkwardly so it was like difficult to answer some as it was hardly a question? Nice people but they seemed a bit confused. But a good growing company so I think it would probably be good to work there
I applied online which needed a cover letter. I was then invited to a telephone interview, which lasted around 20 minutes. And the last stage is an in person assessment centre
I applied online. I interviewed at TC Group (UK) (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Online zoom test which was a basic maths and English test. I got invited to an in person interview which was relatively casual and conversational. The interviewer spent almost half of the 40 min interview talking about the role and company, then asked a few basic questions from me about why accounting, etc. Got a generic 3 line email rejection 2 weeks later. I did not get a response when I asked if there was any feedback available from the interview, which I found slightly disrespectful following an in person interview.
