Interview
The interviewer is flexible to arrange an interview session despite his tight schedule in a day. He highlighted some points written in my resume and asked for more descriptions about it i.e. how the work done, project scale, etc. He also explained the work processes of the company, how the engineers are trained to improve and handle their tasks as a true professional. Basically, the interview is transparent about the workflow of the company and job scopes involved

The interviewer talk and explain nicely, can discuss and listen. Asking question professionally. Negotiation about salary, ask how the work done, experience and explain work process at the company. Asking about your strengths , weaknesses and normal interview questions.
