Interview
Skype interview lasts around 30 minutes for the first round. We went through my cv and then discussed the role. You then have a in person Interview with your prospective line manager and then a director. The director joined half way through and the total interview was around 1 hour. No questions to catch you off guard as such a very friendly interview. More of a conversation. They responded very quickly with feedback and a offer.

Interview
TBG's interview process was very straight forward. They do not try to trick you with silly riddles or other standard interview questions. They care about honesty, a proven ability to learn, lead, and adapt. Once you've met your managers, you'll probably interview with the CEO, as he is extremely active and hands on.
