Interview
Initially mail communication, then attended a written test, was mostly on C, RTOS and embedded system general questions. After clearing waited for some couple of hours, then a technical round where RTOS and C questions were asked, interview was more around implementation and where these scenarios exist in real systems, after clearing technical round, HR round had simple queries like where would u like to see yourself after 5 years, what all you read etc.

Why should we hire you when you have just 1 year exp when we are looking for some more experienced guys?
you can expect 1 hr and 3 technical rounds of interview.
Don't waste your time here looks like org culture is completely changes after Tata sir.
Most of the time the position will be already filled and they are just taking it to wast your time.
Leaving it to your imaginations whats happening here.
It is very good and the interview was about simple java programming questions and the hr round are about how will I work in evolving the company and how I am technically strong.
There were 3 interview rounds.
1. Aptitude round with 3 coding questions(Difficulty level easy).
2. Technical round( Difficult level easy-mid).
3. HR round(Easy].
The interviews were smooth and the difficulty level was easy
