first was Face to face interview which was quite informal. The manager was a cool fellow. He asked me some basic questions about my past work and build some scenario over which I was asked to react. They wanted to have a thinking guy around which all of their questions were framed. For the shortlisted candidates, there was HR round. It was tough on me as the opening statement from HR was "We are not a great pay master" :P The whole process till offer took around a month and half.
