Interview
there is no process in place, everything is disoriented and mismanaged, once the interview starts, you get questioned on anything related tot he field of study you will be teaching, whatever answer is accepted and you are hired basically because no one else would do the job for the same poor salary.
30 min long, very friendly, and easy. Prepare well before the interview you won't fail. General questions are asked in every interview. Typically get back to you in a week. I declined the offer.
