I applied through an employee referral. They call me to schedule an phone interview. The interview took about 20 minutes. I interviewed at TAG Associates (New York, NY) in March 2016. Nice experience.
The interview was fairly standard. I met with the CIO and Director of Research. They were primarily interested in my background in manager research, making sure that I primarily was interested in the responsibilities pertinent to the role, and my technical skills in Bloomberg, Pertrac, Excel and Powerpoint.
