The interview process is garbage. They do not care that you have aviation experice or education. I found out all they were looking for is a friend. They are extremely unprofessional.

Took awhile to get an interview but after the first interview I was called back for a second and third interview within a day. Interviews were about 30-45 mins long with two managers conducting each interview.

They take you to a comfortable room and give you a direct formal interview. No trick questions they are always in desperate need to hire. If you have aviation experience and can getnan airport badge ie no felonies and can communicate your in.
