There were several emails which led to several phone calls. Alot of similar questions but a very thorough process. I never felt under a spotlight however. Everything seemed very amicable and it was mostly just me asking questions about the company.

Interview
Interview is based on the needs of a project they are bidding. My qualifications for the projects I have worked are in my resume sent to them. You then participate in the submittal of the RFP response. And all of the reviews such as Pink, Red, Gold, and final before submittal. Well organized for getting bids in timely.
