The interview was conducted in a group format with 5 candidates and a panel of 4 interviewers. The panel consisted of 3 working-level staff members and 1 HR representative who moderated the session. The process began with all 5 candidates giving their self-introductions. After the introductions were completed, the interviewers asked only about one individual question per candidate.
