T'ruah: The Rabbinic Call for Human Rights interview questions

The interview process, conducted by an incompetent operations dept, was severely butchered. They are clearly clueless in job screenings and hiring employees. The process was dragged out for almost three mos, wasting tremendous amounts of time, on all sides. Also the ops dept was not on the same page as the director, complete with conflicting and false information. The director simply, and stupidly, had no idea what was going on, while off on a luxury vacation for a month.
