Submitted application online and made an interview appointment online within a day or so. The interview was set next week. Took about half an hour or so. The usual questions in these jobs: what I did with previous jobs, salary expectation, and they would ask me to describe the difficult situation that I had and how I solved it, what I would do to make the sales and so on. What I enjoy about the job, why I chose this field (usually if the previous jobs or education is in a very different field). It is rather a tight unit compare to other larger, corporate-owned management companies as T&C focuses on the rental in the Albuquerque area rather than throughout the US. The posting was taken down within a couple of day after the interview so I'm assuming they found an ideal candidate and hired. They actually gave me some advises so even though I did not get the job, I didn't feel too bad as I found them very valuable.
