I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at T-Systems in Dec 2021
Interview
Pathetic Interview experience.
First of all, if they are taking an interview they should look into the resume first. But, they haven't even asked a single question from my resume or maybe they don't even have my resume ( I highly doubt that ).
second, I'm a Java developer and they are hiring me for the same but instead of asking me about any Java questions, the interviewer directly started asking me questions about my DevOps background, which I found very strange.
third, The interview was scheduled for 11 AM, but the interviewer came late and joined after 10-15 mins. This type of unprofessional behaviour was not expected from a big MNC.
fourth, there was hardly 4-5 questions in his mind and after that, the interviewer told me the interview was nice and it's the end. Like seriously? If you are taking someone in a senior position only a few questions are enough to judge someone's potential.
fifth, after the end the interviewer asked me if I have any questions, I just started talking and he stopped me in between and told me that he's late and he have to go.
I guess they have recently got a big project and need some employees for that and that's why maybe the screening process is like this. I gave interviews with many organisations and even conducted a few by myself but this type of pathetic experience was very new and strange for me.

Interview
Smooth and Speedy process.
Hr representative is also good and easy to reach person.
Two Technical rounds (based on projects) followed by managerial round and hr round.
Difficulty level is avg.
Over all experience was good
First contact was a message sent through a mailing system, which I replied with my resume. Few hours later I got another message from them, asking about my english proficiency (my resume was written in fluent english).
Two weeks after, I got another e-mail from the same recruiter, asking for my availabilty next week, which I replied. I got a response with the interview scheduled to happen in four days, sharing my resume with my salary expectaction with non-manager professionals that shouldn't have this information.
At the appointed day, few hours before, the same recruiter contacted me (again by e-mail) asking to reschedule the interview because an important soccer game would happen around the same time. I politely declined.

Interview
Very bad process,
they took my 3 technical rounds and in managerial round also he asked me to do code which is not my technology either. Very much disappointed with interview process.
