Interview
The Internal Recruiter originally reached out with a few questions over email. Subsequently, I was moved on to an interview with the Hiring Manager based in the US. Subsequently, I was moved to the next stage where I was interviewed by my To-Be team members - a Product Owner and a Business Analyst.

I applied online. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price (London, England) in Jul 2024
Interview
3 rounds of interview asking mostly personality based questions "how would you deal with a difficult person" + explaining basic of what a BA does. The issue is that the company does not pay sick leave in the first 6 months of contract (even if only 1 day) - very American company that does not understand Europe is not like that.

How would you deal with a person that constantly interrupts the meeting
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at T. Rowe Price (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Overall:
I interviewed in Jan 2024 for the Analyst position. My overall experience was neutral and the interviewers had a lot of technical experience but the position that I applied to didn't had any technical skills mentioned in it. I also felt that the interviewers were not much trained to take an interview, it was very unorganized.
Process overview:
- I was initially contacted by the recruiter through an email that included set of questions related to hybrid work req and visa status.
- Initial phone screen (After a week when I followed up) : Recruiter asked very basic questions on background, why this company, visa status, willing to relocate and your availability for an interview.
- First Round: This was a virtual interview with 2 interviewers (the technical experts). Started with tell me abt yourself, project and experience related questions, then 2-3 behavioral questions followed by in-between technical questions based on programming languages and databases.
I did not move forward in this round but the second round of an interview might have been the last one (typically with the Senior Manager). Hope that helps!
