I applied through the website to several positions. Then, I received an email about their interest and we set up a phone interview. The recruiter was very friendly and I enjoyed the process.

I had an initial interview through my university, and then they contacted me asking for an all-day interview. I did about 7 separate interviews in the one day they asked me to interview. It took them over a month for their customer service representative to finally email me saying that I had not gotten the job. When I attempted to correspond with the representative politely inquiring about other positions, I never received a response. The whole process took almost two months.
