4 rounds of 1-hour interviews with the hiring manager and team over Zoom. They were moving quickly through the process so all interviews took place over a few days time.

Question 1
Standard interview questions about strengths, weaknesses, and comfort level with various software like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerBI. They wanted to know why I was interested in working there and what tasks I enjoyed or disliked.
Recruiter contacted via email and in two days I had a phone interview. He asked me if I would take a contracted position, but I did not understand the question. He thanks stated that the budget would have to come in before a permanent position was offered.

Applied online. Contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening and online assessment (MS Office). Called for an in-person interview which consisted of two panel interview sessions with Administrative Leads from various departments. Took a few hours.
