Online application, psychometric testing, video interview.
Fairly standard application process, plenty of material on website to help prepare.
Genuinely interesting questions in video interview that teased out creative thinking on the spot.
Only thing is that, despite making it to an interview stage, the company never got back to me to tell me that I had been unsuccessful.

Question 1
Warren Buffet is a famous investor. Aside from him, have you read any books written by investors?
Interviewers were very personable and wanted to get to know who you are as a person. Culture is a very big thing for them and they want to make sure they hire the right people.
The interview was easy! Just a few behavioral and lightly talking through technical questions. The decision took 4 months after the interview which for a Superday hiring event is absurd.

What is the most meaningful project you have worked on?
The process was easy. It was a two stage interview. The first one is a hlaf hour and the second is an hour. They were both on zoom. The first one is with one person and then the second one you are with one perosn and then it goes to two people.
