T-Mobile Store Operations Assistant interview questions

Located the ad and applied. Got an interview for the position. Was told that this position was new, and was designed to take some of the load off of the store manager. Store manager conducted the interview and asked a series of pretty standard questions. However, they were looking for someone with more experience than I had. I have retail experience in cellular, but not back end experience. This was NOT a sales position.
