Two interviews in person one with manager and his manager - VP of Sales. The process was straight forward, I worked hard on a presentation for the first 90 days, and tried to correlate past experience to position requirements

General questions to determine alignment with core company values. Focus on previous experience scenarios. Typically two or more rounds, the first round being a panel interview. Moving to second round may still be panel but only two hosts.
