Interview
Got contact after about a week of applying. The recruiter was direct and kind. Assisted to the Bellevue Magenta Match were I had like 4 interviews in one day. As tiring as it sounds, it was really nice and not overwhelming whatsoever. The ambient was very calm. After 2 weeks, heard back about an offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at T-Mobile (Bellevue, WA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The process was disorganized and the interviewers didnt even read my resume prior to the interview. The panel was a couple senior engineers and later a couple of managers. They did not seem interested in my answers as they look to be busy during work on their labtops.
