Smooth and easy
The process was pretty easy. He talked to what we could do and how we can work together but nothing special. Within their exercise different options and how to progress further, but it appears that he wants to hire someone else and I was in a good fit for the role so that was bad.

Interview
It was a calm interview process. No technical questions were asked. I interviewed with the VP of the company and the VP of design and they both were very relaxed. After the interview, he took me around the building to meet my department and who I'd be working with closely.
