Recommended to send CV to recruiter for TK Maxx - had brief telephone interview with tales team. Then called for a Teams interview with 2 of the managers. Fairly intense interview, they asked a lot about my experience with customer service and need to know you can handle intense back to back calls from sometimes upset customers

Pretty straightforward and easy to follow, so not too bad! Standard interview questions generally, mainly asking how you would handle different situations during work and how you would cope with difficult customers, etc.
