Online via zoom call and is two stage process, just informal and asks your about your background with customer service in calling and handling online data and and and this should be the end.

Interview
Basic with very little in the way of technical questioning due to lack of skills knowledge by manager and agency rep. The job was offered to me while I was there asking the agency's rep about other, unrelated work. They could see I knew my way around a wiring diagram from previous experience, but they assumed rather a lot. They made a phone call and arranged an interview which consisted of an informal chat and an easy wiring & crimping test form a drawing of 5 different relays.

Interview
Standard interview, questions included motivational queries, technical questions and interests outside of work. The technical questions were basic, more aligned with the thought processes than reaching correct solution. Preparation for competency based questioning was most useful. Got the impression that the concern was more whether you would be a good fit for the company rather than concern about technical ability.
