I am an independent contractor that was hired based on my experience event planning. Every other year for the MegaFest event independent. contractors are hired to coordinate the production portion of the festival.

Went into the Elder's office, she asked a couple basic questions. I spent the rest of the 25 mins. listening to her talk to her husband on the phone (yes, she took the call during the interview). I got the impression that she had already made her candidate selection prior to my interview.
