I applied online. I interviewed at Sézane in Jun 2026
Interview
Initial interview is with HR over video chat and is very friendly and conversational about the scope of the role. The second interview is with the store manager where in my experience she asked more about how I lead teams. The third interview is with the regional and for me she asked more broad questions like how my day was going, what I like to do for fun and what my plans were for the future. My experience wasn't the best as the second and third interviews were together so I felt a little attacked in two different directions where I wanted to talk more about my leadership experience with the store manager but was overtaken by the regional with broader question expectations that threw me off. I honestly wished they had been seperate so I could have spoken more respectively to each leader and provided better examples for the scenarios they were looking for. They also both wore sweatpants with tank tops, while I was in a full suit so I may not have been the image they were looking for. They took me outside inbetween very loud screens so it was hard for me to concentrate. Overall I think this is the worst interview I have experienced and right away I knew I would not get an offer based on the conversation although I know I am highly qualified for the role! Aside from the phone call with HR which was extremely pleasant and they actually sent me a direct rejection which I highly respect.
Really easy. A couple of zoom interviews with really nice employees. About 30 min call each with basic interview questions mainly to do with your experience in retail and how you work with others
