3 Stage interview process with interest twist at 2nd stage, the first stage is online competency-based questions based on maths, literacy, and fictitious scenarios, 2nd part of the process is in-house at the dealership and again competency-based but more practical involving teamwork, puzzles, short interveiw with the head of business the whole process at stage 2 is more how you would fit into the industry and work alongside colleagues and work as a team, stage 3 is a one 2 one interview or occasionally you and 2 from the management team and is a deeper look at you as a person and a professional and again how you might fit into the team and your work ethic
