Confusing and weak. Have an odd way of providing compensation. Did not follow up on time. Was not a desirable outcome overall. Would not have taken the position of offered.

Interview
The entire interview process was well planned. There were the usual technical questions, and a simple logical question.
The interviewer wanted to see my enthusiasm in working at the company.
The interviewer was very pleasant and did not try to pressurize me.
