Phone screening: Basic background related questions
Onsite interviewer: They had a huge questionnaire of about 15-20 scenario/what if questions. It was kind of tiring to answer so many questions with almost same conclusion. The interviewer did not seem to be interested in my profile, previous work experience or other technical skillsets. They only cared about those 15-20 ethics/honesty based questions.
