I had L1 round on March 8th and yesterday on March 12th evening when I call hr for the feedback she didn't picked up the call. After 2 min she responded I asked regarding the feedback. She simply replied saying your first round was average we shared your profile to client and as of now the position is on hold she said. One advice to the management Kindly intimate the candidate please don't keep us waiting. Value others time and efforts.
