First had a phone screen interview, then an on-site with 4 different individuals from the company. Was vetted on techniques and experience and if I was comfortable in a start-up environment
Was told I would have a lot of opportunity o advance and work on my own projects. This was not true once I was working there. Interview was easy, need a lot of cripsr knowledge

Interview
Guy conducting the initial phone screen was very curt. He got offended when I asked why people would enjoy working there. He stated we do very intensive interview processes to only get the best candidates. He was very difficult to engage in conversation with and significantly decreased my interest to work there.
