I did not apply directly to the company, this was through a staffing agency. They do what is called a "working interview" You come in at 9 and they pair you up with someone to see how things are done and if you'll like the job. It is a huge call center with at least 150 cubicles. That part was not bad and the guy I was with made the job look fun. At about noon, they come get you for the interview. That's the part that is not so fun. They will try to intimidate you to see how you react so be warned. Answer their questions honestly but don't volunteer information because they will use it against you. The one good thing I can say about their interview process is that they make their decision very quickly. If you are selected, they may even ask you to start that same day. In my case, the woman at the staffing agency called me about an hour after the interview to tell me they did not feel I was a good fit. I discovered that they fired a girl after only two weeks so I am glad I was not offered the position.
