I was cold-called by a recruiter, then brought in to interview with Synovos manager, then interviewed with client manager. The process was a bit convoluted but recruiter kept me informed of next steps.

1 group interview in person.
I was dressed in a suit and the gentlemen interviewing me were in blue jeans and tacky shirts.
