Interview
Senior Financial Analyst role. Had nearly 9 rounds of interview. Various test on skills, basic finance to complex finance skills assessment. The role was a dual- Corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions role. Tested on M&A concepts - finance skills. Equal importance were given in assessing my fit, soft skills and approach to answering questions.

Cash flow statements. IRR - how it is evaluated in business sense. Quantitative and qualitative importance of the number.
After reaching out and asking if I was interested in interviewing, the company would not share the salary range for the position with me. In an effort to save your recruiter and potential candidate’s time, this should be pretty standard. After this experience I wasn’t even interested in continuing with the company.
