The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Syngenta (Bracknell, England)
Interview
First, they call you for a 30 min interview with typical HR questions. After two days they invited me to a zoom interview which consists of 20 min presentation, 1 hour for personal questions and 1 hour for technical questions. To prepare all of these steps they only gave me four days which I considered rather short, specially if you work. The interview was okay and it was a really good experience. The same day they contacted me to have another interview with the Head of the area and again the wanted to have it the same day which I consider unpolite because they should consider that you also have things to do. After the interview you need to write them to know about the status and they do not provide feedback about why you did not get the position.
