Synergis interview questions

After a phone screening with the recruiter, I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager (agency). The interview lasted about 1 hour. Within one day, I received follow up questions. I received an offer within about 1 week of the interview.

Both managers approached the interview as more of a conversation which made me feel extremely comfortable. Most questions were behavioral based with other questions around metrics and goals at other employers.
