Interview
The team called me to confirm my availability and assigned me a task to assess my ability, after which they invited me to an introductory interview at the office. The interview also included a second assessment to be completed within a few hours. Overall, the process was not too hectic and was easy-flowing. They were able to get an in-depth idea of my skills through their questions and assessments. The team was very warm and amicable.

Question 1
They asked me about myself, my educational experiences, and my work experiences. They asked me about my subject interests in IR and what interests me about it. They clearly explained what they expected from me and what my experience working at Synergia would be like.
The interview process was tough as it was more than one interview. I was asked very nuanced questions and the interviewer wanted affirmation of staying at the job at least a year. It was really good as they assess in depth if you are a good fit or not

Interview
They were very unsure about what they expected and got very defensive when the budget for the role was requested. They seemed to want to hire people without clarity or transparency in the hiring process. The CEO started screaming on a call when salary bands were mentioned and that was very scary, off-putting and unprofessional
