Their recruiter reached out to me to arrange for a phone screening interview within 3 days after submitting my job application online. The recruiter was professional and courteous throughout the process and provided brief insights of the team that the candidate will be working with. I was told that I will receive an update for the next steps of the hiring process within a week. I did not receive any update and got the feeling that I did not made it to the next steps. I still took the initiative to reach out to the recruiter and the hiring manager indeed did not shortlist my profile. Most likely my years of qualification fell short compared to other candidates as the recruiter.

Applied online then the recruiter reached out 2 days later to organise a phone call to explain the role and understand my background.
Follwed by an hour interview with the department lead, explaining the role and questions about my experience and CV. Very laid back, relaxed and informal approach.
