I had a lovely first interview with a charming, upbeat recruiter. I thought it went well. I was told she would pass me off to the hiring manager by end of week. When that didn't happen, I reached out and was told to wait until the following Monday and she would be in touch. That didn't happen either, and I never heard from her again. Ghosting candidates in the middle of the process is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I'm completely turned off by the way this was handled and I'd encourage folks to avoid this company if they're looking for a job.

Interview
Was contacted by the recruiter and had a chat. She sent me an editing task. Once they checked it and decided I did an adequate job, she then set up a second interview with the manager and another member of the team. They were nice, asked some technical questions and behavioral questions. After a week, I heard nothing so I followed up with the recruiter and she confirmed that they excluded me.
