Interview
Day First, Telephonic interview was taken by a Tech Guy, mostly team lead. I was asked all standard questions about java, j2ee.Multithreading, Collections, Struts.It went for about 50 mins.Second day, one video conference call was done, on the other side were two persons mostly Project managers.The had an understanding of Techinical things.Questions asked were about jboss configurations, approach to solve issues on production server.Which errors I faced on production and how i resolved them. It went good.Next day got a call from HR and that was final HR round.HR person was very good.
Interview process includes:
First round – technical Java DSA.
Second round – technical high‑level and low‑level design.
Final round – managerial, focusing on behavioral patterns and HR discussion.

very good process 2rounds are there one is technical and 2 is managerial round .if u brush up all points easily can crack interview but client interview so tough to crack. salary structure is very good
two rounds of interview followed by HR Round, and if client available then client round as well. Difficulty level is Average. Ask to do code on online compiler and it should run.
