First interview with HR : Very nice HR but, didn't set the right expectations. She has a checklist of questions and the intention is to go through those question in 30 minutes. If she is not able to go through within the stipulated time, then, candidate doesn't possess high velocity communication skills. This is the wildest experience I have ever gone through as being elaborate with answers is used against you. I would have been completely fine with it if expectations were set from the beginning but, it's so hard to read someone's mind that they are expecting this.
