I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Synctera (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
I was approached by a recruiter in march, 2021.
After initial conversation with the recruiter, I had a video meeting with the CTO.
I was then given a tech challenge.
Which I completed and it was then followed by a code review of my solution by the engineers from Synctera.
While I did not get the offer (I made some very obvious mistakes in my solution code), the entire experience was positive. I was never ghosted or left guessing about the next steps. Everyone was professional and courteous. Would love to work for this company someday.

Interview
Smooooooth.
First spoke with a recruiter who was very courteous and timely, they set up a follow up panel call with the CTO and senior engineering team members.
Soon after the call, the team was quick to get back with positive feedback, I then spoke with the other founders and lastly, had a call to discuss my offer.
Overall, a very smooth and communicative interview process!
