Filled out the online application and passed the hour long scenario based problem solving test and personality test. Picked phone interview date and then the interview was like a few days later as far as the phone and they just asked standard situational questions as well as the resume that I submitted and then course I filled out the background check which was very lengthy especially if you've moved around or had a full life so make sure you have all your ducks in a row as far as where you've lived addresses and where you've worked because they will check and carco is their background check company which of course they look at your social media profiles as well as call your references. And then I went to the on-site interview and the place was like a fortress you had to be buzzed in and announced with a photo ID and there was a metal detector as you walk through the doors with two security guards at the front desk. I was there pretty early so I waited about 40 minutes and then the two ladies that initially interviewed me on sight walked past me before they called me and probably just to see how I would react to people as they passed by me so make sure you are on your game as soon as you sit down because you never know who walks by you if that's the hiring manager. And then I was ushered in by the two ladies we walked through the doors into a conference room and they sat on either side of me while I was the head of the table and proceeded to ask me many situational questions as far as how I handled customers and co workers in all situations. I asked them 3 questions then it ended. .was there for an hour and 41 minutes. 7-10 day follow up

Application, simulation test, phone interview, face to face after filling out another application. Interviewed with two people who left the room to discuss my answers. Returned and told me to HR would contact me.
