Interview
The interview was horrible! I was early and they were very late! I was called back 25 minutes after my interview was scheduled. The interviewers were very unorganized, there were two of them, a man and woman. The woman did not have the correct interview packet and seemed confused the whole interview as she flipped back and forth trying to figure out what she was doing. They never once tried to get to know me or what I had to offer to the company. The 20 minute interview was spent with them asking me cookie cutter questions a 10 year old could have researched online and answered and them staring down at a piece of paper (when they finally found the right one) and writting. I wanted to walk out half way through the interview because I couldnt imagine working in a place that was so unorganized and impersonal. I have had a lot of interviews in my life and I would have to say this one was the worst. My interview at McDonalds 20 years ago was better. I was not offered a position but I assume this had more to do with them then it did with me. Im going to rate this interview as difficult just because I had a hard time keeping up with their confusion.

Applied through company site. Took a 45 minute behavioral test. Passed that and was given a date for a recruiter to do a phone interview. Recruiter indicated that they wanted to continue with a face to face interview but there were not any open spaces. Directed me to a site to check daily for an open time slot. Check for a week and never saw an open slot. I have not followed up. Started looking for other jobs with other companies. Recruiter was friendly. If I was truly interested, I would have pursued. However, the starting pay was $13 hour and after some thought was not sure I would be happy sitting in a call center.

Interview
Applied online on Monday, got a phone interview on Wednesday and on site interview on Friday. After the on site interview they said they will call me between 7-10 days if I'll get the job or I will receive an email if I don't get the job. But guess what, THEY NEVER CALLED NOR EMAIL ME!! It has been 3weeks. I called to follow up after 10days and the lady said she will inform the hr department. Still, didn't hear anything back from them!!

What would do you if you encounter an angry customer
This was the worst interview I've ever had. I waited in the lobby and was called back by a gentleman who from the start didn't show any real interest in interviewing me. He read through questions from a booklet. He never once shared any background information about the company or the position I was applying for. He was so disinterested I could tell I would not be hired before we even began. It was one of the worst experiences ever.
