Synchrony Inbound Fraud Representative interview questions

I applied online and took an assessment(which took about 45 min). After completing and passing assessment I was given the option online to schedule a phone interview(I scheduled 2 days later). The phone interview consists of the recruiter providing the job description, rate of pay, and potential schedule. I was asked about 5 questions, afterwards placed on hold to be provided with a decision if i would proceed further. I was invited for an onsite interview, which took place a few days later. My onsite interview was with one person, she was very professional and very helpful. I was asked a series of questions from a packet, which took about 40 min. I was contacted the following day with an offer contingent a drug and background test.

The phone interview took about 20 minutes and I was offered an onsite interview in the same week. The questions started off about my work history and then I was asked about 5-6 questions like "name a time when..." or "what would you do?" The questions weren't too difficult, but make sure you have your resume in front of you and be prepared to answer questions about your job history.
