CV was reviewed by the business first, then shifted to HR.
Had a couple of phone calls before flying to HQ for an interview. Travel was arranged by the company.

Very scientific with lots of exams. Comprehensive exam covering multiple topics to check personality, fit in the company, intelligence, motivations. Results will also be shared to you when you are hired.
