They check your knowledge and ability to tackle the issues. and also Your communication skills. First can be a telephonic round. then interview is scheduled. In the interview, first they ask some basics of software testing and then logical questions. and in second round technical questions are asked. and then final HR round is conducted. In all Panel was very supportive and they made me comfortable while answering interview questions.
