I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Symmetry Financial Group (Evansville, IN) in Mar 2017
Interview
very professional. she was very kind and seemed very sincere. very knowledgeable. I would have liked to be more in person but it is what it is. it is hard to get a feel for the company on the phone.
A little sketchy but seemed legit when I spoke to them. They were nice and got straight to the point. Zoom didn’t work so we just did a phone interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Symmetry Financial Group (Charlotte, NC) in Jan 2024
Interview
This company is a total scam. They're powered by Quility and essentially want you to recruit new workers for a percentage of their pay – the epitome of an MLM. Beyond this they pride themselves in advertising that you get out what you put in, but literally; "If you put in a dollar you get 4 dollars out of us." They want you to invest your money into them for no guarantee you'll be earning anything. It's entirely commission-based, advertised as a remote role, and you have to pay for your own leads.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't ask any questions beyond basic icebreakers. We were thrown into a group interview in which one of the "participants" was actually there to help the host fool us.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Symmetry Financial Group (Schriever, LA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Easy, basic questions not too formal but more of a get to know you style interview. They wanted to know about my skill set and why I wanted to join their company.
