The process consisted of 3 interviews. The first being with the Technical Recruiter to see if this might be a good fit for both parties. The second consisted of a technical interview that lasted the full hour. The third was with the Client Managers and Client Manager Director. This was a good test of business acumen as well as soft skills. It did have a couple higher level technical quests to resemble how I would answer to a Customer.
After 2 weeks and passing the internal reviews at Symmetry, the offer email was sent and we began the on boarding process.
