The interview process was a video call where the company owner introduced themself. This was immediately followed by a very basic personality interview question set. The owner didn't seem engaged during the interview process so I lost interest.

Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult coworker
I applied online, was contacted via email and interviewed via Zoom. It was professional and rather straight-forward. The Zoom portion was about 45 minutes long. The questions were relevant and about average in terms of difficulty.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Symetrix (Mountlake Terrace, WA) in Sept 2012
Interview
My initial communications with Symetrix was excellent. I was brought in for an interview after being recommended by a former colleague that works at Symetrix. My interview was conducted with the Marketing Director and COO. Both were extremely nice and asked many questions about my previous work experience and how my skills could be best utilized at Symetrix.
The interview lasted about an hour and the last 25 minutes I had the chance to ask any questions I had about the company. All questions were answered extremely sincerely and both the COO and Director of Marketing stayed as transparent as possible with their answers.

The question that stood out to me was when they asked how my co-workers would describe me. This actually caught me off guard as many questions during an interview focus on how you would describe yourself and not how a third party would.
