It was a typical presentation of my portfolio to the directors physically at their offices.
There was no feedback at all after the interview, not even to get a rejection. Some feedback would have been nice considering the time and effort taken to go to their offices and especially after working for them on site as an intern.

Interview
The interview process was fairly structured. After submitting my application, the HR Manager reached out to schedule an inperson interview. Not much of information was shared regarding what to expect during the interview. On the day of the interview, i was surprised to find it was before the management of the practice, and i was required to make a presentation.
Interview with directors about your portfolio and experience, thereafter, a psychometric test and after that a interview with the MD. The interview is relatively easy if you have an impressive portfolio and understand the nitty-gritty of design process, construction technology and project administration.
